This summer, Confiture Parisienne is going green. For its new recipe, it’s off to the garden. We begin our harvest with a hint of rose geranium, some raspberries and plenty of strawberries and… voilà! A new delight is in our hands.
Paired with the tartness of raspberry and the sweetness of strawberry, the distinctly floral scent of rose geranium adds a little je ne sais quoi to this artisan jam.
Just one spoonful brings to mind strolls through gardens and sunshine on the veranda... A real treat!
