THE PRO TECHNIQUE:

- For maximum intensity: apply a shade of colour over a line of Tightline Cake Eye Liner. The eyeliner is applied using the Flat Eye Liner Brush
- For a multidimensional effect: mix and combine shimmery shades with contrasting matte shades.
