"The Bradery x Voxe"
FREE AND WITH NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE

Article 1: Organising Company 

VSTUDIO (Voxe) - hereinafter Voxe :SAS whose registered office is located at 11 rue louis white, 93310 Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, whose intra-community VAT number is FR14801391723, registered with the Creteil Trade and Companies Register under number B B 801 391 723 represented by Léonore de ROQUEFEUIL in her capacity as President, duly authorised for the purposes hereof,

Organised in partnership with: 

SYMMETRIC (The Bradery) - hereinafter The Partner : SYMMETRIC whose registered office is located at 23 rue du mail, 75002 Paris, whose intra-community VAT number is TVA FR 79839442258, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258 represented by Stephan Ploujoux in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, duly authorised for the purposes hereof,

(Hereinafter referred to as "the Partner") 

From [Wednesday 20/08/2025, 00:01] to [Sunday 24/11/2025 at 23:59] a completely free competition with no obligation to purchase entitled "The Bradery x Voxe" (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition") accessible on the Internet at the following address: URL-LP (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

The terms and conditions of participation in the Competition are described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). 

Article 2: General conditions of participation

Participation in the Competition is open free of charge and without any obligation to purchase to any adult natural person with internet access, an email address and residing in metropolitan France (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"), to the exclusion of members of staff of the Organising Company and the Partner, as well as their families, partners, and in general any companies and/or persons participating directly or indirectly in the promotion and/or execution of the Competition. 

The information provided by the Participants will be used in accordance with article 8 hereof. 

Article 3: Acceptance of the Rules 

Participation in the Competition implies a loyal attitude on the part of each Participant, as well as the Participant's express and unreserved acceptance of the Rules, which they acknowledge having read prior to their participation in the Competition, of the principle of the Competition, of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, and of the rules of conduct in force on the Internet (netiquette, code of good conduct, etc.) and their observance. 

Any attempt to circumvent the Rules, to increase one's chances at the expense of other Participants and, more generally, any fraudulent behaviour (including attempted fraud and/or cheating) and/or behaviour contrary to the Rules, shall immediately and irrevocably result in the cancellation of the offending Participant's entry into the Operation and the cancellation, where

applicable, of the award of the Prize if the Participant has won one, without prejudice to any compensation that the Partner would be entitled to claim. 

The Organising Company also reserves the right to take action against anyone who fails to comply with these provisions. 

The Organising Company may decide to cancel the Competition if it becomes apparent that clear fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer means in the context of participation in the Competition or the determination of the Winner. 

Article 4: Principles and terms of the Competition 

Competition registration steps: 

- The Participant visits the Website and reads the Rules via a link on the page. 

- The Participant validates their registration by fully and correctly completing the field of the information form indicated as mandatory (email address) in order for their entry into the draw to be validated. 

- The Participant acknowledges accepting their registration to the email mailing lists of both organising companies of the competition. 

- Therefore, the Participant declares acceptance of these Rules by validating their registration and accepts the processing of their personal data. 

- The Participant must then click on the "I'm registering!" button in order to finalise their registration for the Competition and thereby enter the draw among all Participants. - Registration for the Competition is only valid if the Participant has not unsubscribed from the email mailing lists of both organising companies of the competition on the day of the draw (date mentioned below in article 5: Designation of the Winner). 

Any participation via any other means of communication (email, post, Instagram message, etc.) will not be taken into account in the context of the Competition. 

It is strictly prohibited for the same Participant (same surname, same first name, same date of birth and country of residence) to participate in the Competition with multiple email addresses or using another person's email address, or more generally, by any other means intended to allow the same person to participate multiple times in the Competition. In the event of multiple entries by the same Participant, their participation in the Competition will be immediately and automatically cancelled. 

The Participant is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form constitutes proof of their identity and undertakes to be able to justify it at any time. In this regard, the Organising Company reserves the right to request any supporting documents necessary to establish that the Participant duly meets the participation conditions imposed by the Rules. Any Participant who refuses to present the requested supporting documents within 8 (eight) calendar days from the date of the request will be considered as renouncing their participation and, where applicable, the Prize obtained, without being able to hold the Organising Company liable. 

No non-compliant entry (i.e. where the contact details are inaccurate and/or incomplete) will be taken into account. Any non-compliance shall automatically render the entry null and void. The Organising Company declines all liability in the event that the contact details provided to it by the Participant prove to be erroneous or incorrect. 

Any Participant who fails to comply with the conditions set out in this article and, more generally, the conditions set out in the Rules, will have their participation in the Competition immediately and automatically cancelled. 

Article 5: Designation of the Winner 

At the end of the Competition, one (1) person will be drawn at random from among all the Participants who have validly participated in the Competition (hereinafter "the Winner"). 

The draw will take place no later than Friday 29/09/2025].

Article 6: Description and obtaining of prizes 

The Winner will be awarded Voxe school vouchers and a partner voucher with a total commercial value of €400 inc. VAT (four hundred euros), the details of which are as follows:

Voxe : A Voxe school voucher worth €200 (two hundred euros). Courses are delivered online and entirely at your own pace. These courses may not be taken back, exchanged, or made the subject of any financial consideration. Course content is available for 1 year from the date of receipt of the prize. The "satisfaction or money-back guarantee" does not apply to this prize.

AND 

THE PARTNER A voucher worth two hundred euros (€200), valid for six (06) months from the date of issue by The Bradery, usable in multiple instalments and non-cumulative with current offers. The The Bradery voucher may not be taken back, exchanged, or made the subject of any financial consideration or financial equivalent by either the Organising Company or the Partner. In the event of a return of products ordered with the voucher to The Bradery, no refund is possible but an exchange for another product or a voucher equivalent will be offered.

The Prize is strictly personal, non-transferable and any transfer of its benefit to a third party is excluded. 

The Prize may not be taken back, exchanged, or made the subject of any financial consideration or financial equivalent by the Organising Company or by the Partner. Consequently, no claim or dispute of any kind will be entertained. 

The Organising Company reserves the right to replace or modify, at any time and without notice, all or part of the elements comprising the Prize. Any modification will, where possible, be notified to the Participants. 

In cases where the Prize is no longer available for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Company or the Partner, the Organising Company undertakes to replace the Prize with a prize of equivalent value. 

The Organising Company and the Partner will each independently contact the Winner by email no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the draw in accordance with article 5 above. This email will indicate the terms of delivery of the Prize, which the Winner must comply with in order to benefit from it. 

It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to have provided a valid email address and to regularly check the contents of their inbox (including SPAM, PROMOTIONS or SOCIAL NETWORKS folders, or any other folder offered by the Winner's email provider) in order to become aware of and respond in a timely manner to communications from the Organising Company and the Partner. Under no circumstances shall Voxe's liability (nor that of the Partner) be sought if Winners fail to read one of their emails in a timely manner. 

In the event that a Winner is unreachable or does not follow the instructions of the Organising Company or the Partner in order for their Prize to be delivered, the latter will be permanently forfeited.

The Prize will be sent by email for Voxe as well as for the Partner. In this regard, the Winner authorises all verifications concerning their identity, email address and place of residence. It is therefore the sole responsibility of the Winner to provide the Organising Company and the Partner with all the information necessary for the delivery of the Prize (postal address/exact email address in particular). 

Under no circumstances shall the Organising Company or the Partner be held liable for any delay in making the Prize available, nor in the event that the Winner is unable to benefit from their Prize due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Company and the Partner. In particular, the Organising Company and the Partner shall under no circumstances be held liable in the event of loss and/or deterioration of the Prize during postal and/or electronic delivery, unless such loss or deterioration is due to the direct fault of the Organising Company or the Partner, and more generally if the Winner does not receive their Prize. 

In general, the Organising Company and the Partner shall under no circumstances be held liable in the event of problems encountered in connection with the delivery of any of the Prizes. 

Without prejudice to any legal action, neither the Organising Company nor the Partner shall be obliged to award any Prize to the Winner if they have clearly, and by any means, succeeded in distorting the result of the Competition or have failed to comply with these Rules. 

Article 7: Publicity and Promotion of the Winner: 

Upon contacting the Winner, the Organising Company and the Partner may request their agreement to use their surname, first name and city of residence in any promotional or advertising activity related to the Competition carried out by the Organising Company and the Partner in any country, on any medium (existing or forthcoming), without this use giving rise to any consideration other than the Prize won, and this for a maximum period of one (1) year. Should the Winner no longer wish to see these details used, they must notify:

Article 8: Personal data protection 

The personal data communicated by the Participants is collected in the context of the Competition by Voxe and the Partner. This data is subject to computer processing by the Organising Company and the Partner, who are each responsible for the processing they respectively carry out, namely: 

- For the Organising Company: to conduct the draw, inform the Partner of the Winner's identity, inform the Winner of the result of the Competition, obtain all the information necessary to send the Prize to the Winner and send the Voxe voucher to the Winner 

- For the Partner: to record entries, inform the Winner of the result of the Competition, obtain all the information necessary to send the Prize to the Winner and send the The Bradery voucher to the Winner;

The Bradery guarantees that all personal data collected in the context of the Competition and processed by third parties is processed in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016-679 of 27 April 2016, and in particular by the third party responsible for the draw. 

Unless otherwise stated herein, all data concerning you is collected solely for the purposes of the Competition and will be deleted upon its conclusion. Failure to provide personal data will result in the Participant being unable to take part in the Competition. 

Subject to having obtained the prior and express consent of the Participants, the Organising Company and the Partner may use the personal data collected in the context of the Competition for commercial and/or communication purposes (customer management and prospecting). 

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016-679 of 27 April 2016, Participants have the right of access, objection, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure and portability of the data they have provided to Voxe and to the Partner. If Participants wish to exercise their rights, they should send a request specifying their surname, first name and address to:

Article 9: Intellectual property of the Organising Company 

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements comprising the Operation, including this Rules document, is strictly prohibited. 

All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs belonging to the Organising Company and/or the Partner and in particular reproduced on the Website or on any other element related to the Competition are the exclusive property of the Organising Company and/or the Partner and are protected as such by intellectual property rights worldwide. Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes infringement liable in particular to criminal penalties. 

Article 10: Liability 

The method of delivery of the Prizes will be carried out under the responsibility of the Organising Company and the partner company for the vouchers, 

However, their liability shall not be incurred if a Participant: 

- experienced any technical failure whatsoever (line condition, power outage, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.), 

- provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details that did not allow them to be informed of their win or to have the Prize potentially awarded delivered to them. 

The Organising Company and the Partner reserve the right, at any time, to extend the duration of the Competition, to postpone the date of the draw and, more generally, to modify the conditions thereof without the Participants being able to hold them liable in this regard; subject to informing the Participants by any appropriate means. No compensation may be claimed in this respect. 

Participation in the Competition via the Website implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the technologies used by this network and the technologies related to it, in particular

with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of malfunction, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by viruses that may be circulating on the network. 

Neither the Organising Company nor the Partner shall be held liable if access to the Operation is temporarily suspended for reasons of update or maintenance. The Organising Company and the Partner inform that, given the characteristics of the Internet network, such as the free capture of broadcast information and the difficulty, or even impossibility, of controlling the use that may be made of it by third parties, they cannot be held liable for any misuse of such information. 

Consequently, neither the Organising Company nor the Partner shall under any circumstances be held liable, without this list being exhaustive: 

- The transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information over the Internet; - Any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/operation of the Competition; 

- Failure of any reception equipment or communication lines; - Loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data; 

- Delivery problems; 

- Any malfunction of any software; 

- The consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, or technical failure; - Any damage caused to a Participant's computer; 

- Any technical, hardware or software failure of any nature (line condition, power outage, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.) that has prevented or limited the ability to participate in the Competition, to benefit from any potential Prize, or that has damaged a Participant's system. 

Neither the Organising Company nor the Partner shall be held liable for the fraudulent use of connection rights or the award of Prizes to the Winner. It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to have a valid email address throughout the duration of the Competition and for at least thirty (30) calendar days after its end, in order to enable the Organising Company and, where applicable, the Partner to contact them regarding the award of the Prize. 

It is specified that neither the Organising Company nor the Partner can be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting, in any way, from a connection to the Website. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any breach. 

Connection to the Website and participation in the Competition by any person is entirely at their own risk. 

The Organising Company and the Partner may rely upon, in particular for evidential purposes, any act, fact or omission, programmes, data, files, records, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other statements) established, received or stored directly or indirectly by them, in particular in their information systems, in connection with the use of the Website. 

The Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or evidential value of the aforementioned elements, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever specifying that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof. Thus, the elements considered to constitute useful evidence are admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as any document established, received or kept in writing.

Article 11: Reimbursement conditions 

The Competition is free and without any obligation to purchase. Therefore, and subject to the conditions set out in this article, Participants who benefit from a paid internet connection charged according to connection time may request reimbursement of the connection fees incurred for their participation in the Competition. 

The amount reimbursed will be calculated on the basis of a flat-rate estimate of the connection time required to participate in the Competition, up to a maximum of three (3) minutes at the connection rate applied by the Participant's internet service provider. 

Reimbursements are limited to one reimbursement per Participant for the entire duration of the Competition. 

The reimbursement request must be made in writing, in a stamped envelope at the standard slow rate in force and sent to:

- be sent to the Organising Company before 24 September 2025, as evidenced by the postmark, 

- state their surname, first name and personal postal address, identifier (email address), - state the dates, times and duration of connection to the Website, for the given month, - attach the detailed invoice from the Internet service provider to which they are subscribed, showing 

show the date and time of their connection to the Website, clearly underlined. The player account details must be the same as those on the ISP invoice, 

- be accompanied by a bank account details form (RIB, or RIP, or RICE), 

- be accompanied by a photocopy of a proof of identity. 

Each submission must include only one reimbursement request, for one single Participant. 

Where applicable, postage costs incurred for such a request will be reimbursed by the Organising Company, at the standard slow rate in force, upon simple request made in the connection fee reimbursement application. 

The costs related to photocopying supporting documents are reimbursed at the rate of €0.15 per page, upon simple request made in the connection fee reimbursement application. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer, sent within sixty (60) days of receipt of the application, after verification of the validity of the request and in particular of the consistency of the information contained in the reimbursement request letter with the information recorded on the Registration form submitted on the Website. 

Participants who do not pay connection fees based on the volume of their communications (flat-rate subscribers, cable internet users, ADSL users, etc.) will not be eligible for reimbursement (including for their subscription fees) unless the Participant provides written proof that they incurred costs specifically in order to participate in the Competition. 

Any incomplete, illegible application or one containing false or incorrect information will not be taken into account. 

Article 12: Modification of the Rules 

The Organising Company reserves the right to modify the articles of these Rules and in particular the rules of the Competition and the Prize awarded, primarily to take into account changes in legal, regulatory or administrative provisions, court decisions, recommendations issued by bodies responsible for administering the Internet network, and the commercial policy of the Organising Company.
