Article 1: Organising Company
VSTUDIO (Voxe) - hereinafter Voxe : SAS whose registered office is located at 11 rue Louis Blanc, 93310 Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, whose intra-community VAT number is FR14801391723, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Creteil under number B B 801 391 723 represented by Léonore de ROQUEFEUIL in her capacity as President, duly authorized for the purposes hereof,
Organized in partnership with:
SYMMETRIC (The Bradery) - hereinafter referred to as The Partner : SYMMETRIC, whose registered office is located at 23 rue du mail, 75002 Paris, whose intra-community VAT number is FR 79839442258, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258, represented by Stephan Ploujoux in his capacity as Managing Director, duly authorized for the purposes hereof,
(Hereinafter referred to as "the partner")
From [Wednesday 20/08/2025, 00:01] to [Sunday 24/11/2025 at 23:59] a completely free operation with no purchase obligation entitled "The Bradery x Voxe" (hereinafter referred to as "the Operation") accessible on the Internet at the following address: URL-LP (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
The terms and conditions of participation in the Operation are described in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
Article 2: General conditions of participation
Participation in the Operation is open free of charge and without obligation to purchase to any individual of legal age with internet access, an email address and residing in metropolitan France (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"), excluding members of the staff of the Organising Company and the Partner, as well as their family, their partners, and in general companies and/or persons participating directly or indirectly in the promotion and/or execution of the Operation.
The information provided by the Participants will be used in accordance with Article 8 herein.
Article 3: Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in the Operation implies a loyal attitude on the part of each Participant as well as the express and unreserved acceptance by the Participant of the Rules which he acknowledges having read before his participation in the Operation, of the principle of the Operation, of the General Terms of Use of the Site and of the rules of ethics in force on the Internet (netiquette, code of good conduct, etc.) and of respect for them.
Any maneuver aimed at circumventing the Rules, increasing one's chances to the detriment of other Participants, and more generally any fraudulent behavior (including attempted fraud and/or cheating) and/or behavior contrary to the Rules, will immediately and irrevocably result in the cancellation of the offending Participant's participation in the Promotion and, if applicable, the cancellation of their participation in the Promotion.
where applicable, the awarding of the Prize if the Participant has won one, without prejudice to any compensation that the Partner may be entitled to claim.
The Organising Company also reserves the right to prosecute anyone who does not comply with these provisions.
The Organising Company may decide to cancel the Operation if it appears that manifest fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer means in the context of participation in the Operation or the determination of the Winner.
Article 4: Principles and Procedures of the Operation
Competition registration steps:
- The Participant visits the Site and reads the Rules via a link on the page.
- The Participant validates their registration by fully and correctly filling in the field of the information form indicated as mandatory (email address) in order for their registration for the draw to be validated.
- The Participant acknowledges and accepts their subscription to the email mailing lists of the two companies organizing the competition.
- Therefore, the Participant declares that they accept these Regulations by validating their registration and accepts the processing of their personal data.
- The Participant must then click on the "Register!" button to finalize their registration for the Promotion and thus participate in the prize draw among all Participants. - Registration for the promotion is only valid if the Participant has not unsubscribed from the email mailing lists of the two companies organizing the competition on the day of the prize draw (date mentioned below in Article 5: Winner Selection).
Any participation via another means of communication (email, postal mail, Instagram message, etc.) will not be taken into account for the Operation.
It is strictly forbidden for any single Participant (same last name, first name, date of birth, and country of residence) to participate in the Promotion using multiple email addresses, using another person's email address, or more generally, by any other means that would allow the same person to participate multiple times. In the event of multiple entries by the same Participant, their participation in the Promotion will be immediately and automatically cancelled.
The Participant is informed and agrees that the information entered on the registration form constitutes proof of their identity and undertakes to be able to verify it at any time. As such, the Organizing Company reserves the right to request any necessary supporting documents to establish that the Participant meets the participation requirements set forth in these Rules. Any Participant who refuses to provide the requested supporting documents within eight (8) calendar days of the request will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition and, where applicable, from any Prize obtained, without incurring any liability to the Organizing Company.
Any incomplete or incorrect entry (i.e., one with inaccurate or incomplete contact information) will not be considered. Any incomplete or incorrect entry will automatically invalidate the entry. The Organizing Company accepts no responsibility if the contact information provided by the Participant proves to be erroneous or incorrect.
Any Participant who does not comply with the conditions set out in this article and more generally, the conditions set out in the Rules, will have their participation in the Operation immediately and automatically cancelled.
Article 5: Selection of the Winner
At the end of the Operation, one (1) person will be drawn at random from among all the Participants who have validly participated in the Operation (hereinafter "the Winner").
The draw will take place no later than Friday, September 29, 2025.
Article 6: Description and allocation of grants
The winner will be awarded vouchers from the Voxe school and a voucher from the partner with a total commercial value of 400 (four hundred euros) , detailed as follows:

Voxe : A €200 (two hundred euros) voucher for the Voxe school. The courses are online and self-paced. These courses cannot be taken, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Course content is available for one year from the date of receipt. The "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" policy does not apply to this prize.
AND
THE PARTNER A voucher worth two hundred euros (€200), valid for six (6) months from its issue date by The Bradery, usable in multiple installments and not combinable with any other offers. The Bradery voucher cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation by either the Organizing Company or the Partner. If products ordered with the voucher are returned to The Bradery, no refund will be issued, but an exchange for another product or a voucher will be offered.
The Endowment is strictly nominative, non-transferable and the transfer of its benefit to a third party is excluded.
The prize cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for any financial compensation or equivalent by the Organizing Company or the Partner. Consequently, no claims or disputes of any kind will be considered.
The Organising Company reserves the right to replace or modify, at any time and without prior notice, all or part of the elements comprising the Prize. Any modification will be notified to the Participants whenever possible.
In cases where the Prize is no longer available for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Company or the Partner, the Organising Company undertakes to replace the Prize with a prize of equivalent value.
The Organizing Company and the Partner will each independently contact the Winner by email no later than fifteen (15) days after the draw, in accordance with Article 5 above. This email will specify the prize delivery procedures that the Winner must follow to receive it.
It is the Winner's sole responsibility to provide a valid email address and to regularly check the contents of their email inbox (including SPAM, PROMOTIONS, SOCIAL MEDIA, or any other folders provided by the Winner's email provider) to receive and respond promptly to requests from the Organizing Company and the Partner. Under no circumstances will Voxe (or the Partner) be held liable if the Winners fail to read their emails in a timely manner.
In the event that a Winner cannot be reached or does not follow the instructions of the Organising Company or the Partner, in order for his Prize to be given to him, it will be permanently lost.
The prize will be sent by email to both Voxe and the Partner. In this regard, the Winner authorizes all verifications concerning their identity, email address, and home address. It is therefore the Winner's sole responsibility to provide the Organizing Company and the Partner with all the information necessary for the delivery of the prize (including their exact postal and email addresses).
Under no circumstances shall the Organizing Company and the Partner be held liable for any delay in making the Prize available, nor shall the Winner be unable to claim their Prize due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Company and the Partner. In particular, the Organizing Company and the Partner shall under no circumstances be held liable for any loss and/or damage to the Prize during postal and/or electronic delivery, unless such loss or damage is due to the direct fault of the Organizing Company or the Partner, and more generally, if the Winner does not receive their Prize.
In general, the Organising Company and the Partner cannot be held liable in any way for problems encountered in the delivery of each of the Prizes.
Without prejudice to any legal action, neither the Organising Company nor the Partner is obliged to provide the Winner with any Prize if he has manifestly, and by any means, succeeded in distorting the result of the Operation or has not complied with these Rules.
Article 7: Publicity and Promotion of the Winner:
When contacting the Winner, the Organizing Company and the Partner may request their consent to use their name, surname, and city of residence in any promotional or advertising event related to the Promotion carried out by the Organizing Company and the Partner in any country, on any medium (existing or future), without this use giving rise to any compensation other than the Prize won, and this for a maximum period of one (1) year. If the Winner no longer wishes to have this information used, they must notify the Organizing Company.

Article 8: Protection of personal data
The personal data provided by the Participants is collected within the framework of the Promotion by Voxe and the Partner. This data is processed electronically by the Organizing Company and the Partner, who are responsible for the processing they carry out respectively, namely:
- For the Organising Company: conduct the draw, inform the Partner of the Winner's identity, inform the Winner of the result of the Operation, obtain all the necessary elements for sending the Prize to the Winner and send the Voxe voucher to the Winner
- For the Partner: register the entries, inform the Winner of the result of the Operation, obtain all the elements necessary to send the Prize to the Winner and send the The Bradery voucher to the Winner;
The bradery guarantees that all personal data collected within the framework of the Operation and processed by third parties are done in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016-679 of April 27, 2016, and in particular by the third party in charge of the draw.
Unless otherwise stated herein, all data concerning you is collected solely for the purposes of the Promotion and will be deleted upon its completion. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the Participant from participating in the Promotion.
Subject to having obtained the prior and express consent of the Participants, the Organising Company and the Partner may use the personal data collected in the context of the Operation for commercial and/or communication purposes (customer management and prospecting).
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016-679 of April 27, 2016, Participants have the right to access, object to, rectify, restrict the processing of, erase, and transfer their data that they have provided to Voxe or the Partner. If Participants wish to exercise these rights, they should send a request specifying their surname, first name, and address.

Article 9: Intellectual Property of the Organising Company
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements comprising the Operation, including these Regulations, is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs belonging to the Organizing Company and/or the Partner, and in particular those reproduced on the Website or on any other element related to the Promotion, are the exclusive property of the Organizing Company and/or the Partner and are protected as such by intellectual property rights worldwide. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement and is subject to criminal penalties.
Article 10: Responsibility
The method of distributing the prizes will be the responsibility of the Organising Company and the partner company for gift vouchers.
However, they cannot be held liable if a Participant:
- was experiencing some kind of technical failure (line status, EDF power outage, server incident, accidental disconnection…),
- provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details which made it impossible to inform him of his win or to send him the prize which may have been awarded.
The Organizing Company and the Partner reserve the right, at any time, to extend the duration of the Promotion, postpone the date of the draw, and, more generally, modify its terms and conditions without the Participants being held liable as a result; provided that the Participants are informed by any appropriate means. No compensation may be claimed in this regard.
Participation in the Operation via the Site implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the technologies used by this network and related technologies, in particular
Regarding technical performance, response times for accessing, querying or transferring information, the risks of malfunction, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
Neither the Organizing Company nor the Partner can be held liable if access to the Promotion is temporarily suspended for update or maintenance purposes. The Organizing Company and the Partner inform users that, given the characteristics of the Internet, such as the ease with which information can be captured and the difficulty, if not impossibility, of controlling its use by third parties, they cannot be held responsible for any misuse of this information.
Consequently, neither the Organising Company nor the Partner shall be held liable under any circumstances, without this list being exhaustive:
- The transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet; - Any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper execution/functioning of the Operation;
- Failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines; - Loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
- Routing problems;
- Malfunction of any software;
- The consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure; - Any damage caused to a Participant's computer;
- Any technical, hardware and software failure of any kind (line status, EDF outage, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.), which prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Operation, benefiting from its possible Prize or which damaged a Participant's system.
Neither the Organizing Company nor the Partner shall be held liable for the fraudulent use of login credentials or the awarding of Prizes to the Winner. It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to maintain a valid email address throughout the duration of the Promotion and for at least thirty (30) calendar days after its conclusion to allow the Organizing Company, and the Partner if applicable, to contact them regarding the awarding of the Prize.
It is specified that neither the Organizing Company nor the Partner can be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting in any way from connecting to the Site. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment from any damage.
Connecting to the Site and participating in the Operation is done entirely at the individual's own risk.
The Organising Company and the Partner may rely, in particular for evidentiary purposes, on any act, fact or omission, programs, data, files, records, operations and other elements (such as tracking reports or other statements) established, received or stored directly or indirectly by it, in particular in its information systems, in connection with the use of the Site.
The Participants agree not to contest the admissibility, validity, or probative value of the aforementioned evidence on the basis of any legal provision that might specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof. Thus, the evidence considered valid and admissible between the parties is admissible, valid, and enforceable in the same manner, under the same conditions, and with the same probative value as any document created, received, or stored in writing.
Article 11: Refund Conditions
The Operation is free and without obligation to purchase. Therefore, and subject to the conditions set out in this article, Participants with paid internet access based on connection time may request reimbursement of connection costs incurred for their participation in the Operation.
The amount reimbursed will be calculated on the basis of a flat-rate estimate of the connection time required to participate in the Operation, up to a limit of three (3) minutes at the connection rate applied by the internet provider of the Participant concerned.
Refunds are limited to one refund per Participant for the entire duration of the Operation.
The refund request must be made in writing, in a stamped envelope with the current standard postage rate, and addressed to:

- must be sent to the organizing company before September 24, 2025, as evidenced by the postmark.
- Provide your full name, personal postal address, and username (email address), - Provide the dates, times, and duration of your connection to the Site for the given month, - Attach a detailed invoice from your Internet service provider.
The date and time of their connection to the Site must be clearly highlighted. The player account details must be the same as those on the ISP bill.
- be accompanied by a Bank Identity Statement (or RIP, or RICE),
- be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document.
Each submission must contain only one refund request, for one single Participant.
If applicable, the stamp costs incurred for such a request will be reimbursed by the Organising Company, at the current slow rate, upon simple request made in the request for reimbursement of connection costs.
The cost of photocopying supporting documents is reimbursed at a rate of €0.15 per page, upon simple request included in the connection fee reimbursement request. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer within sixty (60) days of receipt of the request, after verification of the request's validity and, in particular, the consistency of the information contained in the reimbursement request letter with the information recorded on the Registration form completed on the Website.
Participants not paying connection fees related to the importance of their communications (plan holders, internet cable users, ADSL …) will not be able to obtain a refund (including for their subscription fees) unless the Participant justifies in writing having incurred expenses specifically to participate in the Operation.
Any incomplete, illegible application or one containing false or erroneous information will not be considered.
Article 12: Amendment to the Regulations
The Organising Company reserves the right to modify the articles of these Rules and in particular the rules of the Operation and the Prize awarded, essentially to take into account the evolution of legal, regulatory or administrative provisions, judicial decisions, recommendations issued by the bodies in charge of the administration of the Internet network, and the commercial policy of the Organising Company.
