Grazia x The Bradery
Article 1: Game organising companies
The company SYMMETRIC (hereinafter, "the Organising Company 1"), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,338.90, whose registered office is located at 111, avenue Achille Perreti, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258.
SYMMETRIC is organising a free game with no purchase obligation entitled "Grazia x The Bradery" (hereinafter, the "Game") from 08/04/2024 to 09/05/2024 at noon (hereinafter, the "Game Period"), accessible at the following URL:
Article 2: Consultation of the game rules
The complete Game Rules (hereinafter, the "Rules") are available free of charge on the Site throughout the entire Game Period.
It is also available free of charge to any person who requests it from the Organising Company at the following address: hello@thebradery.com
Article 3: Participation
Participating in the Game implies unreserved acceptance and compliance with the provisions of the Rules.
The Game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is supplied and used solely by the Organising Company, and not by Facebook.
The Game is not managed or sponsored by Apple. The information you provide is supplied and used solely by the Organising Company, and not by Apple.
No Apple products are offered as prizes in the context of the Game.
By participating in the game, you accept the data protection policy and agree to receive newsletters from The Bradery.
3.1 Conditions of participation in the Game
Only natural persons residing in metropolitan France may participate in the Game, to the exclusion of staff of the Organising Company and of companies that participated in the preparation of the Game, and members of their immediate family (parents, siblings, or any other person residing in the same household).
Any participant under the age of 18 and/or lacking legal capacity must obtain prior authorisation from a parent or guardian to participate in the Game and accept the Rules.
The Organising Company may at any time request that any minor or assisted participant provide proof of such authorisation and, if applicable, disqualify any participant unable to provide proof of such authorisation. Participation in the Game is limited to one person per entry (same surname, same first name, same email address and Facebook ID) except for sharing of the Game as indicated in clause 4.2. Any additional entry will be considered void.
To participate, a valid personal email address must be used.
3.2 Validity of entry
The Organising Company reserves the right to verify that participants have taken part in the Game in accordance with the Rules. Non-compliant entries will result in the disqualification of participants and the loss of points.
The following situations will result in the immediate disqualification of participants:
- Multiple entries using non-existent email addresses or addresses linked to the same person.
- Entries from email addresses originating from the same IP address (beyond the use of 10 similar IP addresses)
The Organising Company may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by digital means, in connection with participation in the Game. It reserves the right, in such cases, not to award prizes to those found guilty of fraud and/or to pursue legal proceedings before the competent courts against the perpetrators of such fraud.
It is expressly agreed that the Organising Company may rely on programmes, data, files, records, operations and other elements in digital or electronic format or medium, in particular for the purposes of proving any breach by participants of the provisions of the Rules.
Article 4: How the game works
4.1. In order to validate their entry, participants must provide their email address, accept the participation conditions, and confirm their entry.
4.2. In order to participate in the Game, participants must, during the Game Period, proceed as follows:
- Go to the Site and access the Game page
- Enter their email address
- Click on "I'M ENTERING"
- Vouchers will be sent at the end of the Game Period, on 09/04/2024 by email. The email may end up in spam.
A winner will be drawn on Friday 09/04/2024 and contacted immediately by email. In the absence of a response within 1 week of the email being sent, another person will be drawn.
- Any inaccurate or incomplete registration cannot be taken into account and may result in the entry being declared void. In particular, entries whose contact details are inaccurate, fanciful or incomplete, or which do not comply with the provisions of the Rules, or which are submitted after the close of the Game Period, may not be taken into consideration.
It is strictly forbidden for a participant to enter the Game using another person's email address.
Article 5: Prizes
5.1. List of prizes at stake at the end of the Game Period

5.2. Prizes may not be exchanged or converted into their cash equivalent and may not be awarded in any form other than that provided for under the Rules.
Article 6: Prize Delivery
Any prize that cannot be delivered due to an error or omission in a participant's contact details, a change in their contact details, an unsubscription from The Bradery newsletter, failure to claim the prize within the allotted time, or for any other reason attributable to the winners, and any prize not claimed by winners within the allotted time, will be deemed forfeited and will not be re-entered. The prize may under no circumstances be claimed at a later date by the original winner.
Article 7: Data Protection
7.1. Personal information concerning participants in the Game is intended for use by the Organising Company for the purposes of the Game, in particular its organisation, the production of participation statistics, the recording of participant entries and the dispatch of prizes.
Personal information whose provision is mandatory in the context of the Game is identified by an asterisk on the Game entry form; if such mandatory information is not provided, the participant's entry cannot be taken into account.
7.2. Under no circumstances shall such information be retained after the end of the Game, unless the participant consents to receiving commercial offers relating to the products and services of the Organising Company.
Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and individual liberties, participants and their legal representatives have the right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning participants, as well as a right of objection on legitimate grounds and a right to object to prospecting, in particular for commercial purposes.
7.3. By participating in this game, each participant who has clicked on "I'M ENTERING" on the registration form will receive emails from Organising Company 1 and 2 regarding news, offers and brand updates. Article 8: Liability
8.1. Participation in the Game via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. The absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the network cannot under any circumstances result in the liability of the Organising Company being engaged.
In this regard, the Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of interruption of Internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption) and more generally, any malfunction of the Internet network, all or part of the Site, or any other technical connection over which the Organising Company has no control. In particular, the Organising Company or its service providers accept no liability in the event that the Site is unavailable during the Game Period for a reason not attributable to them.
Likewise, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for delays or errors in email transmission beyond its control and accepts no responsibility in the event of misuse of the device used to access the Game or any incident related to the use of that device (in particular, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, to their computer equipment and the data stored thereon, or for the consequences that may result for their personal, professional or commercial activities).
8.2. The Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of an error in the delivery of the prize due to incorrect information provided by the winner.
8.3. The Organising Company cannot be held liable if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone or modify the terms of the Game; its liability cannot be engaged in such circumstances.
Article 9: Reimbursement of internet connection costs
No financial compensation, nor any expenditure in any form whatsoever, will be granted to participants by reason of their participation.
Article 10: Intellectual Property / Image Rights
The images used on the Site, the objects depicted, the brands and trade names mentioned, the graphic and digital elements and the databases making up the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, represented or exploited without the written authorisation of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal proceedings.
All brands or product names mentioned are trademarks or registered product names of their respective owners.
Article 11: Disputes - Applicable law
The Game and the Rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory public policy provisions applicable in the country of residence of the participant.
Any dispute arising in connection with this Game shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory public policy provisions applicable in the country of residence of the participant.
