THE BRADERY X HAPPN COMPETITION RULES
From January 14th to January 17th, 2025
Article 1: Organizers
Organizer 1: Happn Company , (hereinafter the "Organizing Company 1"), SAS, a simplified joint-stock company under French law registered with the National Business Register (RNE), with a capital of €38,885.80 (fixed), whose registered office is located at 5-7 5 RUE FEYDEAU 75002 PARIS,
Organizer 2: SYMMETRIC Company (hereinafter, "Organizing Company 2"), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 1,338.90 euros whose registered office is at 23 rue du Mail, 75002 Paris, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258.
Organize on The Bradery website and app, as well as on the Happn app, from January 15th to January 17th, 2025 inclusive (Paris time ) , a free game with no purchase necessary entitled " Happn x The Bradery contest » (hereinafter referred to as the “ Game ”), according to the terms and conditions described in these regulations.

Article 2: Participation Procedures
This free game is open to any individual aged 18 or over, with internet access, with the exception of staff of the organizing companies and their families, as well as any persons who have collaborated in the development of the game.
Only one entry per person is accepted (same last name, first name, date of birth, email address, and postal address). Winners will be required to provide proof of age before receiving their prize.
Participation in the Game implies express and unreserved acceptance of the Rules, in all its stipulations and provisions , the rules of ethics in force on the Internet (etiquette, code of conduct , etc. ), as well as the laws and regulations in force in France.
The Organising Companies reserve the right to automatically cancel participation in the Game if these conditions are not met.
Participation is strictly personal, and participants may not under any circumstances play under multiple pseudonyms or on behalf of other participants. The Organizing Companies reserve the right to request proof of eligibility from any participant. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to provide proof will be excluded from the Game and will not be entitled to claim any prize, even if they win.
Anyone wishing to participate in the Game must provide the Organizing Companies with their email address. If the participant checks the box "I agree to receive The Bradery Newsletter by email," they will receive a confirmation email containing a clickable link allowing them to unsubscribe.
To participate in the Game, participants simply need to:
- Log in to the Game page, fill out the registration form by completing the required fields as defined above and then click on “I participate” to validate your registration.

Article 3: Game Announcement Procedures
This game is being promoted by The Bradery x Happn through the following communication channels:
- The Bradery website and app ;
- The Bradery's social media accounts (Instagram) ;
- The Bradery's commercial emails;
- The Happn app
Article 4: Procedures for selecting the winner and awarding the prize
The 10 winners will be notified individually by email on January 20, 2025. If a winner does not come forward within fifteen (15) days of the announcement of the results by email, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a new draw will be held to select a new winner.
Article 5: Endowment
The prize consists of ten (10) gift cards worth €100 valid for 1 month on The Bradery website and application and ten (10) Happn Premium subscriptions for ten (10) winners.
Article 6: Verification of the identity of participants
Participants authorize any verification concerning their identity and place of residence.
These checks will be carried out in strict compliance with legal provisions concerning the protection of privacy. Any falsified, fraudulent, false, misleading, incorrect, or inaccurate information regarding identity or address may result in the disqualification of the entry.
Article 7: Responsibility
The Organizing Companies will not be held liable for any malfunction in the proper operation of the Game or for any malfunction of the "Internet" network or the Instagram social network preventing access to the Game or its proper operation. While the Organizing Companies make every effort to provide users with available and verified information and/or tools, they cannot be held responsible for errors (including display errors on the Game websites, incorrect emails), the unavailability of information, and/or the presence of viruses on the website. Participation in this Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against potential misuse or hacking, and the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the network.
It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment from any damage.
Each person's connection to the site and participation in the Game is done at their own risk. Furthermore, the Organizing Companies are not liable in the event of :
- telephone connection problems,
- hardware or software problems,
- destruction of information provided by participants for a reason not attributable to the Organising Companies ,
- due to human error or electrical faults,
- disruptions that could affect the smooth running of the Game or malfunction of the automated drawing process.
The Organizing Companies cannot be held responsible for the winner's inability to travel by plane or to a foreign country due to irregularities in their documents (lack of visa, lack of passport or expired passport, etc.) or due to health restrictions. In any case, if the proper administrative and/or technical operation of the Game is disrupted by a cause beyond the control of the Organizing Companies, they reserve the right to suspend the Game.
Any fraud or failure to comply with these rules may result in the exclusion of the perpetrator from the Game, with the Organising Companies reserving the right, if necessary, to take legal action against them.

Article 8: Change of Game Dates
The Organising Companies cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure, or events beyond its control, it is forced to cancel this Game, reduce it, extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions.
The Organising Companies reserve the right to extend , reduce or postpone the dates and duration of the Game.
Article 9: Interpretation of the regulations
The Organising Companies will decide any question and/or dispute relating to the application of these rules, in accordance with French law. These decisions will be final.
Any dispute or claim relating to this Game must be made in writing and sent to the Game's address: hello@thebradery.com.
Article 10: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This regulation is subject to French law , excluding its rules of private international law .
Article 11: Reimbursement
The game is completely free and non-refundable.
Participants who access the site from a modem and by means of a telephone line billed on a pro rata basis or per call can obtain reimbursement of their connection costs on the www.airfrance.com website on the basis of a daily flat rate corresponding to the cost of a 6 (six) minute local telephone call including tax from a landline.
The postage costs incurred (current standard postage rate) by the participant for this request will be reimbursed upon request. Only one request per participant (same name, same address and/or same email and/or same bank account details) will be considered for the entire Game. Given that, with current service offerings and technology, some Internet service providers offer free or flat-rate connections, it is expressly agreed that any access to the Game website on a free or flat-rate basis (such as, in particular, cable, ADSL, or dedicated line connections) will not be eligible for reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the Internet service provider's services is contracted by the user for their general Internet use, and the participant 's connection to the Game website and participation in the Game does not incur any additional costs or expenses.
Similarly, it is imperative that any refund request be made no later than ten ( 10 ) calendar days after receipt of the corresponding telephone bill. The date used will be the one indicated on the bill. The refund request must include the following information: the participant's last name, first name, postal address, and email address (all of which must be identical to the information entered on the Game registration form), a bank account statement (RIB or RIP), the date and time of their participation, their email address and password, and, as soon as it is available, a photocopy of the detailed bill from the telephone operator and/or internet service provider, clearly highlighting the connection dates and times.
This photocopy will serve as proof of address. The name and address of the person requesting the refund must be the same as those shown on the telephone company's bill. Each refund request containing the information and documents described above must be sent to:

Article 12 : Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in this Game implies full and complete acceptance of all the clauses and conditions of these rules.
Article 13 : Processing of personal data
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and in particular the provisions of the "Data Protection Act" of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679), the Organising Company 2 , responsible for the processing, informs you that the information collected in the context of the Game is subject to the processing of personal data.
Information marked as mandatory is required to participate in the Game. Without this information, participation cannot be considered.
For information not marked as mandatory, the legal basis for processing is your consent; you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The data is retained for the duration of the Game and for a period of three ( 3 ) years from the date the prizes are awarded . The data is intended for the Organizing Company's departments responsible for the Game , as well as for subcontractors used by the Organizing Company to implement the processing .
In accordance with applicable regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify, object to, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete their personal data. These rights can be exercised directly with The Bradery's Data Protection Officer, by writing to hello@thebradery.com, specifying that the request relates to the Game.
Participants are informed that any exercise of the right to withdraw before the end of the Game will result in the immediate cancellation of their participation.
The participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL) regarding the way in which the Organising Companies collect and process personal data within the framework of this agreement.
