Seasonly x The Bradery

Article 1 – Definition and conditions of the competition

SYMMETRICS, a simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 25 rue du Mail, 75002 PARIS, registered under number 83944225800027 (hereinafter "the Organizer," "the Organizing Company," "the Organizers," "the Professional"), is organizing a competition as part of a marketing campaign.

The company SEASONLY (hereinafter "the Organising Company") SASU Simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder, with a capital of 393,545 euros registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Toulouse under number 817 577 786 RCS having its registered office located at 11 B RUE ANTONIN MERCIE 31000 TOULOUSE , is organizing from 07/02/2023 to 14/02/2023 inclusive, a competition including a voucher of 150€ to be used on The Bradery and a one-hour treatment in a Seasonly studio (worth 130).

The "Participants" in the competition are also referred to below as "Participants, Users, Contributors, Players". The "Winners" of the prize draw are also referred to below as "Winners".

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

This contest is open to any individual, of legal age, residing in metropolitan France, after acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation in accordance with the French Data Protection Act. Only one entry per individual is permitted for the entire duration of the contest. Employees of SYMMETRICS and SEASONLY, as well as their family members, are excluded from participating in the contest.

Article 3 – Competition dates: February 5 to 12 inclusive, 2023

Competition start date: February 7, 2023 at 6:30 PM

Competition closing date: February 14, 2023 at 12:00 PM

Date of the draw: February 14, 2023

Date of announcement of the Winners: February 14, 2023

Article 4 – Participation Procedures

4.1) Application submission requirements

To enter the draw and have a chance to win the prize offered in article 5, all participants must have completed the actions mentioned below:

Registration for the draw is only effective once these steps have been completed.

Participation in the competition will only be valid if the information requested by SYMMETRICS & SEASONLY is complete and correct. Any entries made using incorrect or falsified information, or via counterfeit or falsified forms, will automatically disqualify them from winning any prize.

Each participant therefore agrees to provide accurate information about themselves. SYMMETRICS & SESONLY disclaim all responsibility in the event that a participant uses false first and/or last names associated with a valid email address or a false email address.

4.2) Guarantees and liability regarding the validity of applications

SYMMETRICS and SEASONLY reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if it does not proceed as agreed: any virus, bug, breach, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of a competitor, technical problem or other cause beyond the control of SYMMETRICS and SEASONLY altering and affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or conduct.

In general, Participants guarantee the Organizers of this competition against any recourse, actions or claims that may be brought, for any reason whatsoever, by any third party, in respect of all guarantees and commitments made.

Any incomplete or incorrect entry will be rejected, without the Organizers being able to assume any responsibility.

All participants agree to abide by the rules. Any failure to comply with the rules by the Participant, and any fraud, abuse, cheating, or false statement, will result in their exclusion from the competition without the Organizers being held liable.

Thus, the Organising Companies reserve the right without reservation to moderate after the fact and not to validate, or even exclude, remove from the competition, any participant who does not comply with one of the conditions of these rules.

Furthermore, in the event of abuse or cheating by one or more participants, SYMMETRICS and SEASONLY reserve the right to modify or terminate the competition without notice, particularly when the integrity of the competition is called into question in its purpose.

4.3) Draw Procedures

The Winners will be determined by a random draw which will be carried out, on the date mentioned above, from the database of persons registered according to the conditions mentioned above.

One participant will be drawn at random by the company SYMMETRICS & SEASONLY

Article 5 – Prizes/Awards

5.1) Commercial value of the endowments

Lot 1 is offered by the company SYMMETRICS and in this sense constitutes a "prize".

The prize is as follows: 1 voucher worth €150 to be used on the website and mobile application www.thebradery.com valid until 30/06/2023.

– Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other

Lot 2 is offered by the company SEASONLY and in this sense constitutes a "prize".

The prize is as follows: A one-hour treatment in a Seasonly studio (worth €130), valid until 01/10/2023.

5.2) Terms of collection, use and renewal

As provided for in Article 6, the Winners must contact SYMMETRICS or SEASONLY directly and comply with the defined terms of use.

The prizes offered cannot give rise to any dispute regarding their nature nor to the delivery of any consideration whatsoever.

Article 6 – Procedures for awarding lots

SYMMETRICS will award one (1) prize to one (1) winner and SEASONLY will award one (1) prize to one (1) winner. Therefore, there will be one (1) prize from SYMMETRICS and one (1) prize from SEASONLY for one (1) individual.

Once the Winner has been selected by SYMMETRICS and SEASONLY, they will be contacted via the email address used when participating in the competition.

All email exchanges between the Organizer and the Winner will be kept in the Professional's email inbox.

The winner will be invited by return email to provide their full contact details (name, surname, address, city, postal code, telephone number, email address) in order to claim the prize.

If the information provided by the Participant is incomplete and/or does not allow them to be informed of their prize, they will lose their status as a Winner and will not be able to make any claim.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any technical issues related to this electronic notification of winnings. If the Winner fails to provide this information within 10 days, they will forfeit their status as Winner.

If necessary, a second draw will take place.

Article 7 – Terms of Use

THE CLEARANCE SALE: Vouchers cannot be combined. Voucher valid until 30/06/2023 inclusive.

Article 8 – Personal and nominative data

By participating, the Players authorize the Organizers to freely use, for advertising or promotional purposes in any medium whatsoever, all personal information provided on their behalf and on any media.

The personal data collected about you is mandatory and necessary for processing your participation in the game. It is intended for the Organizers, or for subcontractors and/or service providers for management purposes.

In accordance with current regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organizers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever.

The information provided by the Participant is intended for the use of SYMMETRICS and SEASONLY in connection with access to its service in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale and in connection with the management of this game.

Any person is deemed to have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the rules in their entirety, and in particular the article relating to personal data, as soon as they access and register for the competition.

Article 9 – Responsibilities and rights

The Organizers:

The organizers reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit prizes, or cancel this game in the event of force majeure as defined by case law. Consequently, they cannot be held liable in such cases.
They cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of connection rights or the allocation of a Participant's prize.
They disclaim all responsibility in the event of malfunctions of the internet network, telephone lines, or receiving equipment that prevent the proper functioning of the game. Furthermore, they cannot be held liable under any circumstances for problems with the delivery or loss of email or postal mail.
They disclaim all responsibility in the event of technical failure, anomaly, hardware and software of any kind (virus, bug…) occurring on the Participant’s system, their computer equipment and the data stored thereon and the consequences that may result on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

The Participants:

Those responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the Organizers are held liable.

Article 10 – Exclusion conditions

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules without any reservation or precondition from the Participant; failure to comply with said rules will result in exclusion from the competition, the outright nullity of their participation and the awarding of prizes.

Article 11 – Filing of the regulations

All documents are made available and accessible in French to all users and participants for the duration of the game. Participants are asked to make a backup copy and/or print all texts for future reference.

Article 12 – Participation Fees

The organized game is free and without obligation to purchase.

Article 13 – Competent Jurisdiction

These regulations are subject to French law.

In the event of any dispute or claim concerning the competition for any reason whatsoever, requests must be addressed in writing to the company SYMMETRICS or SEASONLY by mail to the address mentioned in the preamble, during the period of the competition and at the latest within sixty (60) days after the designation of the Winners.

In the event of a dispute or complaint regarding the prize awarded, requests should be addressed to:

To the attention of Customer Service by email at hello@thebradery.com within seven (7) days after receiving the price confirmation;

To SEASONLY by email at wecare@seasonly.fr within seven (7) days after receiving confirmation of the price.

The parties will endeavor to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these regulations. If the disagreement persists, it will be submitted to the competent courts.

The Participant acknowledges having read these rules, accepts them without reservation and agrees to comply with them.
