Measure your body using a tape measure, making sure to stand up straight and breathe normally. The tape should be held horizontally and not too tight. If you do not have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler.

Please note, do not wear a bra when measuring your bust circumference.

- Bust: at nipple level.
- Underbust: just below the chest.
- Waist: at the natural waist, slightly above the navel
- Hips: at the widest point of the hips
