- In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, Delsey will take responsibility for the repair or replacement of the product.
- In the case of a product showing signs of wear or misuse (damaged wheels, product mishandled by airlines, etc.) Delsey does not cover the repair or replacement of the product but upon receipt of the product, will offer a repair quote.
- In the event that the product is said to be defective by the consumer and then following analysis by the after-sales service team, the product is considered not defective but worn, mishandled, damaged due to misuse, the Delsey after-sales service will offer a quote for repair or a return of the product.
- The new collections have a QR Code on the product which redirects customers to our site to register the Delsey product warranty by uploading their invoice.
- Without proof of purchase related to the Delsey product, no warranty will be accepted.
