The Skin:
Ingredients (per 4 capsules): Centella asiatica extract (Centella asiatica L. – 300 mg), HPMC vegetable capsule, vitamin B3 (240 mg of niacinamide – 1500% RI*), hyaluronic acid: 200 mg, red ginseng extract (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer - 200 mg), zinc bisglycinate (15 mg of zinc - 150% RI*), bulking agent: magnesium stearate, copper gluconate (1400 μg of copper - 140% RI*)

The Hair:
Ingredients (per 4 capsules): HPMC capsule, amla extract (Phyllanthus emblica L., 300 mg), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane, 300 mg), L-cysteine (200 mg), L-methionine (200 mg), bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea Willd., 200 mg), bulking agent: rice flour, vitamin B5 (12 mg – 200% RI*), vitamin B8 (100 µg – 200% RI*).

The Skin:
Initial course (4 weeks): take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with a large glass of water.
Maintenance course (8 weeks): take 2 capsules in the morning with a large glass of water.
The Hair:
Initial course (4 weeks): take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with a large glass of water.
Maintenance course (8 weeks): take 2 capsules in the morning with a large glass of water.
For lasting effects, we recommend a 3-month course.
