How?

Serenity booster: For optimal use, take 2 capsules per day in the evening with a glass of water, preferably 1 hour before bedtime. Cure of 3 months maximum. Take a two-week therapeutic break every 3 months. For a smooth cessation, choose to take one capsule/day for two weeks at the end of your treatment.

Magnesium: Take 3 capsules per day, ideally one with each meal with a glass of water, otherwise two capsules in the morning and one capsule in the evening during a meal. Otherwise the 3 capsules in the evening after your meal / before sleeping.

Precautions for use

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Use in pregnant or breastfeeding women and people taking antidepressants is not recommended. Not recommended for people on anticoagulant treatment. Not recommended for people affected by hyperthyroidism People taking medication should only consume the product under medical supervision. Not recommended for children under 12 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.

Nutritional information

For 3 magnesium capsules: Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium: 300 mg, 80% of AR*), capsule of plant origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Coconut flour (Cocos Nucifera), Taurine (150mg), Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (Vitamin B6: 0.70 mg, 50% of AR*)

For 2 Serenity Booster capsules: KSM-66® organic ashwagandha root extract (Whitania somnifera) standardized to 5% withanolides (300mg), vegetable capsule, Griffonia Simplicifolia seed extract (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) dosed in L-5-HTP (170mg), Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) leaf extract organic lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis) titrated at least 4.9% rosmarinic acid (150mg), Gammaaminobutyric acid (GABA)(100mg), reduced L-glutathione (100mg), Schisandra berry extract (Schisandraceae Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.)(100mg), trans-resveratrol (50mg), Extract of Moodreal® saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas tit. 2% safranal (30mg), Acetyl l-carnitine HCL (30mg), Calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5)(5.35mg).
