Like all our period panties, the Sporty shorty It replaces your traditional period products and is available in absorbency:

GREAT : for normal to heavy periods,
MEDIUM : for light to normal periods,
LIGHT : for the end of menstruation, vaginal discharge or light urinary incontinence.

If you are hesitating between 2 sizes , we advise you to take the larger one as it runs a little smaller than the others.

Note: If your flow is heavy (copper IUD, endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, etc.), you may need to change your period underwear during the heaviest day. You can also use your underwear with an internal pad at the beginning of the day and then wear just the underwear for the rest of the day.
