Before first use
Wash the underwear before wearing it (machine wash at 30°C in a laundry bag or by hand).
Use a standard detergent, without fabric softener.
This first wash activates the absorbent fibres and ensures good effectiveness.
After each use
Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear.
Then machine wash (ideally in a laundry bag) or hand wash with the rest of your laundry.
Air dry.
