2025 Competition Rules

Article 1: Organising companies of the competition

 

The company SYMMETRIC (hereinafter, « Organising Company 1 »), a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1,338.90, whose registered office is located at 111, avenue Achille Perreti, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258. 

 

SYMMETRIC is organising a free competition with no purchase obligation entitled “2025 Competition” (hereinafter, the « Competition ») from 03/01/2025 at 2 pm to 13/01/2025 at midnight (hereinafter, the « Competition Period »), accessible on the The Bradery app.

Article 2: Consultation of the competition rules

 

The full Competition rules (hereinafter, the « Rules ») can be consulted free of charge on the Website throughout the Competition Period.

 

It is also available free of charge to anyone who requests it from the Organising Companies at the following address: hello@thebradery.com.

 

Article 3: Participation

 

Taking part in the Competition implies unconditional acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of the Rules.

 

The Competition is not administered or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is supplied to and used solely by the Organising Company, and not by Facebook.

By taking part in the competition, you accept the data protection policy and agree to receive The Bradery newsletters. 

 

    3.1 Conditions for participation in the Competition

 

Only natural persons may take part in the Competition, excluding employees of the Organising Company and of companies involved in preparing the Competition, as well as members of their immediate family (parents, siblings or any other person living in the same household). 

 

Any participant under the age of 18 and/or without legal capacity must obtain prior authorisation from a parent or guardian to take part in the Competition and accept the Rules. 

The Organising Company may at any time ask any minor participant or participant requiring assistance to provide proof of this authorisation and, where applicable, disqualify a participant unable to provide such proof. Participation in the Competition is limited to one person per entry (same surname, first name, email address and Facebook ID), except where the Competition is shared as indicated in the clause.

 

4.2. Any additional entry will be considered void.

 

To take part, it is mandatory to use a valid personal email address.

 

    3.2 Validity of participation

 

The Organising Company reserves the right to verify that participants have taken part in the Competition in accordance with the Rules. Non-compliant entries will result in participants being disqualified and losing their points. 

 

These different situations will result in the immediate disqualification of participants: 

  • Multiple entries using non-existent email addresses. 

 

The Organising Company may cancel all or part of the Competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer means, in connection with participation in the Competition. In this event, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to bring legal proceedings against the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

 

It is expressly agreed that the Organising Company may rely on programmes, data, files, records, operations and other elements in computer or electronic format or on computer or electronic media, in particular for the purpose of proving any breach by participants of the provisions of the Rules.

 

Article 4: How the competition works

 

    4.1. In order to validate their participation, participants must provide their email details, accept the conditions of participation and confirm their participation.

 

    4.2. To take part in the Competition, participants must, during the Competition Period, proceed as follows:

- Go to the competition page 

- Enter their email address

- Click on « I PARTICIPATE »

- The winner will be drawn at random on 14 January and contacted by email. Please check your spam folder.

- Any inaccurate or incomplete registration will not be taken into account and may result in the entry being invalidated. In particular, registrations with inaccurate, fictitious or incomplete contact details, those that do not comply with the provisions of the Rules, or those submitted after the end of the Competition Period may not be considered.

It is strictly forbidden for a participant to take part in the Competition using another person's email address or a false email address.

 

Article 5: Prizes

 

    5.1. List of prizes available at the end of the Competition Period

- A MacBook Air 

- An iPhone 16

- AirPods Max

 

    5.2. Prizes may not be exchanged or paid out in cash at their equivalent value and may not be awarded in any form other than that provided for in the Rules.

 

Article 6: Awarding of prizes

  • If your total score is below 7 points, you will not receive any voucher.
  • If your total score is between 7 and 14 points, you will receive a unique free-delivery code, valid from €60 of purchases and for delivery charges under €10, in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg only.
  • If your total score is between 15 and 21 points, you will receive a €15 voucher, valid on all collections except Travel, from €60 of purchases.
  • If your total score is 24 points or more, you will receive a €30 voucher, valid on all collections except Travel, from €80 of purchases.
All vouchers will be sent to you by email on 26 December, to the email address used to participate.
Your code is unique, can only be used once and is linked to your email address.
You have until 31 January 2025 to use it.
For any complaint, we will need your email address and a screenshot of your score on the app.
You must be subscribed to the newsletter to receive your voucher.

 

Any prize that cannot be awarded due to an error or omission in participants' contact details, a change to their contact details or unsubscribing from The Bradery newsletter, failure to claim the prize within the allotted time, or any other reason attributable to the winners, and any prize not claimed by winners within the allotted time, will be deemed forfeited and will not be put back into play. Under no circumstances may the original winner claim the prize at a later date.

 

Article 7: Data processing and freedoms

 

    7.1. Personal information concerning Competition participants is intended for use by the Organising Company for the purposes of the Competition, in particular its organisation, the compilation of participation statistics, processing the participant's entry and sending prizes.

 

Personal information that must be provided as part of the Competition is identified by an asterisk on the Competition entry form. If this mandatory information is not provided, the participant's entry cannot be taken into account.

 

    7.2. Under no circumstances will this information be retained after the Competition, unless the participant consents to receive commercial offers for the Organising Company's products and services.

 

Pursuant to Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, participants and their legal representatives have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning participants, as well as the right to object on legitimate grounds and to object to direct marketing, in particular commercial marketing.

 

7.3. Through this competition, each participant who clicked on "I PARTICIPATE" on the registration form will receive 1 and 2 emails from the Organising Company about new products, offers and brand news. Article 8: Liability

 

    8.1. Participation in the Competition via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly regarding technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. The lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse and the risks of contamination by potential viruses circulating on the network may under no circumstances give rise to liability on the part of the Organising Company.

 

In this respect, the Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of interruption of Internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption) and, more generally, for any malfunction of the Internet network, all or part of the Website or any other technical connection over which the Organising Company has no control. In particular, the Organising Company and its service providers disclaim all liability should the Website be unavailable during the Competition Period for a reason not attributable to them.

 

Likewise, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for delays or errors in the transmission of emails beyond its control and declines all liability in the event of improper use of the device used to access the Competition or any incident related to the use of that device (in particular, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for any material or non-material damage caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored on it, or for any consequences this may have on their personal, professional or commercial activities).

 

    8.2. The Organising Company shall not be held liable in the event of an error in the delivery of a prize due to incorrect information provided by the winner.

 

    8.3. The Organising Company shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone or amend the terms of this Competition, and shall not be held liable as a result.

 

 

Article 9: Reimbursement of internet connection costs

 

No financial consideration or expense of any kind will be granted to participants as a result of their participation.

 

 

Article 10: Intellectual property / Image rights

 

The images used on the Website, the objects depicted, the brands and trade names mentioned, the graphic and IT elements and the databases comprising the Website are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, displayed or used without their written authorisation, under penalty of civil and/or criminal proceedings.

 

All brands or product names mentioned are registered trademarks or product names of their respective owners.

 

 

Article 11: Disputes - applicable law

 

The Competition and the Rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable in the participant's country of residence.

 

Any dispute arising in connection with this Competition shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable in the participant's country of residence.
