It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment from any damage. Article 11: Reimbursement
This prize draw is completely free and cannot be refunded.
Participants who access the site from a modem and by means of a telephone line charged on a pro rata basis or per call can obtain reimbursement of their connection costs on the www.airfrance.com website on the basis of a flat rate per day corresponding to the cost of a 6 (six) minute local telephone call including tax from a landline.
The postage costs incurred (current standard postage rate) by the participant for this request will be reimbursed upon request. Only one request per participant (same name, same address and/or same email and/or same bank account details) will be considered for the entire Game. Given that, with current service offerings and technology, some Internet service providers offer free or flat-rate connections, it is expressly agreed that any access to the Site on a free or flat-rate basis (such as, in particular, cable, ADSL, or dedicated line connections) will not be eligible for reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the Internet service provider's services is, in this case, contracted by the user for their general Internet use, and the Participant's connection to the Site and participation in the Game does not incur any additional costs or expenses.
Similarly, it is imperative that any refund request be submitted no later than 10 calendar days after receiving the corresponding telephone bill. The date used will be the one indicated on the bill. The refund request must include the following information: the participant's last name, first name, postal address, and email address (all of which must be identical to those entered on the Game registration form), a bank account statement (RIB or RIP), the date and time of their participation, their email address and password, and, as soon as it is available, a photocopy of the detailed bill from the telephone operator and/or internet service provider, clearly highlighting the connection dates and times. This photocopy will serve as proof of address. The name and address of the person requesting the refund must be the same as those shown on the telephone operator's bill. Each refund request containing the information and documents described above must be sent to: AIR FRANCE – PSWB.EA – The Bradery Competition - 45, rue de Paris - 95747 Roissy Charles de Gaulle cedex.
