Treasure Hunt Rules 

Article 1: Game organising companies

 

The company SYMMETRIC (hereinafter, "the Organising Company 1"), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,338.90, whose registered office is located at 111, avenue Achille Perreti, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258. 

 

SYMMETRIC is organising a free game with no purchase obligation entitled "Treasure Hunt" (hereinafter, the "Game") from 30/06/2025 at 12:00 to 02/07/2025 at 15:00 (hereinafter, the "Game Duration"), accessible exclusively on The Bradery application.


Article 2: Consultation of the game rules

 

The complete Rules of the Game (hereinafter, the "Rules") are available free of charge on the Site for the entire duration of the Game.

 

It is also available free of charge to any person who requests it from the Organising Companies at the following addresses: hello@thebradery.com.

 

Article 3: Participation

 

Participating in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of the Rules.

 

The Game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is supplied and used solely by the Organising Company, and not by Facebook.

By participating in the game, you accept the data protection policy and you agree to subscribe to The Bradery newsletters. 

 

    3.1 Game Entry Conditions

 

Only natural persons residing in metropolitan France may participate in the Game, to the exclusion of staff of the Organising Company and of companies that participated in the preparation of the Game, and members of their immediate family (parents, brothers and sisters, or any other person residing in the same household). 

 

Any participant under the age of 18 and/or without legal capacity must obtain prior authorisation from a parent or guardian to participate in the Game and accept the Rules. 

The Organising Company may at any time request that any minor or assisted participant provide proof of this authorisation and, where applicable, disqualify a participant unable to provide such proof. Participation in the Game is limited to one person per entry (same surname, same first name, same email address and Facebook identifier) except for sharing of the Game as indicated in clause 4.2. Any additional entry will be considered null and void.

 

To participate, it is mandatory to use a valid personal email address.

 

    3.2 Validity of entry

 

The Organising Company reserves the right to verify that participants have taken part in the Game in accordance with the Rules. Non-compliant entries will result in the disqualification of participants and the loss of points. 

 

The following situations will result in the immediate disqualification of participants: 

  • Multiple entries using non-existent email addresses. 

 

The Organising Company may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, including by digital means, in the context of participation in the Game. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

 

It is expressly agreed that the Organising Company may rely on programmes, data, files, records, transactions and other elements in digital or electronic format or on electronic media, in particular for the purpose of proving any breach by participants of the provisions of the Rules.

 

Article 4: How the game works

 

    4.1. In order to validate their entry, participants must enter the promo code found and place an order using it.

    4.2. In order to participate in the Game, participants must, during the Game Duration, proceed as follows:

- Go to the The Bradery application

- Find the 100% promo code, valid on the product on which it is found

- Apply it at the time of payment, on the relevant product only

- Every day at noon there are 3 winners, the first three people to have applied the promo code to the relevant item 

- Any inaccurate or incomplete entry cannot be taken into account and may result in the nullity of the participation. Entries whose contact details are inaccurate, fictitious or incomplete, or those that do not comply with the provisions of the Rules, or those submitted after the close of the Game Duration, may in particular not be taken into consideration.

It is strictly forbidden for a participant to enter the Game using another person's email address or a fake email address.

 

Article 5: Prizes

 

    5.1. List of prizes at stake at the end of the Game Duration

9 prizes each worth approximately €100

    5.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged or converted into their cash equivalent and cannot be awarded in any form other than that provided for by the Rules.

 

Article 6: Prize Delivery

The code found is unique, usable only once and linked to your email address.

Any prize that cannot be delivered due to an error or omission in the participants' contact details, a change in their contact details, unsubscribing from The Bradery newsletter, failure to claim the prize within the allotted time or for any other reason attributable to the winners, and any prize not claimed by winners within the allotted time, shall be deemed forfeited and shall not be re-entered into the draw. The prize may under no circumstances be subsequently claimed by the original winner.

 

Article 7: Data Protection

 

    7.1. Personal information relating to Game participants is intended for use by the Organising Company for the purposes of the Game, in particular its organisation, the production of participation statistics, the processing of participants' entries and the dispatch of prizes.

 

Personal information whose provision is mandatory in the context of the Game is identified by an asterisk on the Game entry form; failure to provide this mandatory information will mean that the participant's entry cannot be taken into account.

 

    7.2. Under no circumstances shall this information be retained after the Game unless the participant consents to receiving commercial offers relating to the products and services of the Organising Company.

 

Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, participants and their legal representatives have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning participants, as well as the right to object on legitimate grounds and to object to prospecting, including commercial prospecting.

 

7.3. Through this game, each participant who has clicked on "I ENTER" on the registration form will receive from the Organising Company 1 and 2 emails about new products, offers and brand news. Article 8: Liability

 

    8.1. Participating in the Game via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. The lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network cannot under any circumstances result in the Organising Company being held liable.

 

In this regard, the Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of interruption of Internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption) and more generally, for any malfunction of the Internet network, all or part of the Site, or any other technical connection over which the Organising Company has no control. In particular, the Organising Company or its service providers accept no liability in the event that the Site is unavailable during the Game Duration for a reason not attributable to them.

 

Likewise, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for delays or errors in the transmission of electronic mail beyond its control and accepts no liability in the event of misuse of the device used to access the Game or any incident related to the use of that device (more specifically, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored thereon, or the consequences that may result for their personal, professional or commercial activities).

 

    8.2. The Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of an error in the delivery of the prize due to incorrect information provided by the winner.

 

    8.3. The Organising Company cannot incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone or modify the conditions of this Game, its liability not being engaged as a result.

 

 

Article 9: Reimbursement of internet connection costs

 

No financial consideration or expenditure of any kind whatsoever shall be granted to participants in respect of their participation.

 

 

Article 10: Intellectual Property / Image Rights

 

The images used on the Site, the objects depicted, the brands and trade names mentioned, the graphic and digital elements and the databases making up the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, represented or used without the written authorisation of the latter, on pain of civil and/or criminal proceedings.

 

All brands or product names mentioned are trademarks or registered product names of their respective owners.

 

Article 11: Disputes - Applicable law

 

The Game and the Rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory public policy provisions applicable in the country of the participant's place of residence.

 

Any dispute arising in connection with this Game shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory public policy provisions applicable in the country of the participant's place of residence.
