Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril without forcing it in, then press the spray nozzle with your index finger for 2 to 3 seconds. 1 to 2 sprays per nostril morning and evening. The number of sprays can be increased as needed.

The first spray should be discharged into the air and not directly into the nose. For infants, elderly, bedridden, and/or disabled individuals, lying on one side with the head slightly raised is recommended. Never perform a nasal wash with the head tilted back, to prevent choking or swallowing. If symptoms persist for more than 4 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If the canister is damaged, do not use the product due to the risk of contamination. Do not use after the expiry date. If a nasal medication has been prescribed by a doctor, use the spray before and not after application.

Store between 15 and 25°C.

You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return your items. Items you wish to return must be packaged in their intact original packaging, complete with tags.
