The shedding of a small amount of excess cashmere in the form of "pilling" is normal when the product is new, particularly when it rubs against a bag or another garment, for example. To remedy this, we recommend washing it by following these instructions: by hand or in a machine in a laundry bag on a "wool programme" in cold water, with very little detergent suitable for wool. We advise you to wash your item inside out with garments of similar colours. Do not use fabric softener. Spin the item on the "500 rpm" setting. If you wash it by hand, avoid leaving it to soak and do not wring it out. Dry flat on a towel away from direct light. Finally, iron it with a cool iron without pulling or distorting it.
