Maintenance Tips
Daily maintenance: Vacuum your rug at least once a week to remove dust and dirt residue. Avoid using vacuum cleaners with rotating brushes whenever possible. Over time, these can damage the wool fibers more easily.
In case of a stain: dampen the stain with lukewarm water and blot with a cloth. Repeat until the stain disappears. Be careful not to use too much water, as this could damage the rug. For more stubborn stains (such as coffee or red wine), entrust your rug to a professional. They will come to your home with a carpet cleaner and use specific solvents to remove even the most persistent stains. Be sure to specify that the rug's pile is made of New Zealand wool.
