THE PROS' TECHNIQUE:
- Apply and blend the shadows on one eye at a time, to prevent the formula from drying out. After that, the Caviar Stick Eye Color shadows won't budge!
- For maximum intensity: apply a shade of colour on top of a stroke of Tightline Cake Eye Liner. The eyeliner is applied using the Flat Eye Liner Brush
- For a multidimensional effect: mix and combine shimmering shades with contrasting matte shades.
