Repairable

We repair all our machines — simply contact us on 0800 55 52 53. We will lend you another machine while yours is being repaired, and we will add a 6-month warranty to your repaired machine.

Recyclable

All machines that can no longer be repaired are recycled through the eco-organisation Ecosystem.

For 20 years, Nespresso has been committed to the circular economy for its machines. The company repairs, refurbishes and recycles its machines with its partner ANRH, which employs people with disabilities. Machine refurbishment is carried out by this partner in order to give a second life to our everyday items, in a circular economy approach, with more than 50 French jobs that cannot be relocated.

Nespresso France offers, as part of its After-Sales Service, an exchange programme for a faulty machine replaced by a refurbished machine. This proposal is an alternative to the standard repair option, for which the customer will be the sole decision-maker.
