🕗 When to start the treatment:
For urinary problems, drink at least two infusions a day for the duration of the discomfort. For prevention, drink one to two infusions a day for a course of treatment lasting one to three months.
In case of intimate discomfort, drink 1 to 2 infusions per day for a course of treatment of 1 to 3 months.

📅 Treatment duration: 1 to 3 full months as a preventative treatment. You may start to see improvements after one month, but for long-term benefits we recommend 3 full months, along with following the lifestyle advice from the 28-Day Method.
