Wash your cashmere by hand or in a machine if possible in a laundry bag on a "wool programme", in cold water, with a small amount of specialist wool detergent. If you wash it by hand, do not leave it to soak for too long, and do not wring it before spinning. After machine washing, spin on the "500 rpm" setting and lay flat to dry on a towel. If the item has buttons, zips or other fastenings, it is recommended to wash it inside out. Finally, press with a cool iron without pulling or distorting the shape.
