Article 1: Organising companies of the contest


The company SYMMETRIC (hereinafter, "the Organising Company"), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,338.90, whose registered office is located at 111, avenue Achille Perreti, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258. 

SYMMETRIC is organising a free contest with no purchase necessary entitled "Concours Back to School" (hereinafter, the "Contest") from 27/08/2025 at 3pm to 14/09/2025 at 11:59pm (hereinafter, the "Contest Period"), accessible at the following URL:

Article 2: Viewing the contest rules


The full Contest Rules (hereinafter, the "Rules") are available free of charge on the Website throughout the entire Contest Period.

It is also available free of charge to any person who requests it from the Organising Company at the following addresses: hello@thebradery.com and by telephone on 0 801 800 111.


Article 3: Participation


Participating in the Contest implies unreserved acceptance of and compliance with the Rules.

The Contest is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is supplied to and used solely by the Organising Company, and not by Facebook.

By participating in the contest, you accept the data protection policy and agree to receive newsletters from The Bradery. 


    3.1 Conditions of entry to the Contest

Only individuals residing in metropolitan France may participate in the Contest, to the exclusion of staff of the Organising Company and of companies that participated in the preparation of the Contest, as well as their close family members (parents, siblings, or any other person residing in the same household). 

Any participant under the age of 18 and/or who does not have legal capacity must obtain prior authorisation from a parent or guardian to participate in the Contest and accept the Rules. 

The Organising Company may at any time ask any minor or legally assisted participant to provide proof of this authorisation and, where applicable, disqualify a participant who cannot provide such proof. Participation in the Contest is limited to one entry per person (same surname, same first name, same email address and Facebook account) except for sharing the Contest as indicated in clause 4.2. Any additional entry will be considered void.

To participate, it is mandatory to use a valid personal email address.


    3.2 Validity of entry

The Organising Company reserves the right to verify that participants have entered the Contest in accordance with the Rules. Non-compliant entries will result in the disqualification of participants and the loss of points. 

The following situations will result in the immediate disqualification of participants: 

  • Multiple entries using non-existent email addresses. 

The Organising Company may cancel all or part of the Contest if it becomes apparent that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, including by electronic means, in connection with participation in the Contest. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to take legal action before the competent courts against the perpetrators of such fraud.

It is expressly agreed that the Organising Company may rely on programmes, data, files, records, operations and other elements in computer or electronic format or medium, in particular for the purpose of proving any breach by participants of the provisions of the Rules.


Article 4: How the contest works


    4.1. In order to validate their entry, participants must provide their email address, accept the entry conditions, and confirm their participation.

    4.2. In order to participate in the Contest, participants must, during the Contest Period, proceed as follows:

  • Go to the Website and access the Contest page
  • Enter their email address
  • Click on "I ENTER"
  • Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Contest Period, on 14/09/2025. 

A lottery winner will be drawn on Monday 15/09/2025.

Any inaccurate or incomplete entry cannot be taken into account and may result in the participant's entry being declared void. In particular, entries with inaccurate, fictitious or incomplete contact details, entries that do not comply with the provisions of the Rules, or entries submitted after the close of the Contest Period may not be considered.

It is strictly forbidden for a participant to enter the Contest using another person's email address.


Article 5: Prizes


    5.1. List of prizes at stake at the end of the Contest Period

  • Apple iPhone 16 (6.1", 128 GB, Black, 5G, dual SIM)

  • Apple MacBook Air 13" (M4 chip, 10-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Midnight colour)

  • Apple AirPods Max (Black)


    5.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged or converted into their cash equivalent and cannot be awarded in any form other than that provided for by the Rules.


Article 6: Prize Delivery


Any prize that cannot be awarded due to an error or omission in the participants' contact details, a change in their contact details, or an unsubscription from The Bradery newsletter, or in the event of no response from the winner within 10 days of the notification email being sent, will be deemed unclaimed. In such a case, a new winner will be selected from the remaining participants. The prize may under no circumstances be claimed subsequently by the original winner.


Article 7: Data Protection


    7.1. Personal details relating to Contest participants are intended for use by the Organising Company for the purposes of the Contest, in particular its organisation, the production of participation statistics, the processing of participants' entries and the dispatch of prizes.

Personal details whose provision is mandatory in the context of the Contest are identified by an asterisk on the Contest entry form; failure to provide this mandatory information will mean the participant's entry cannot be taken into account.


    7.2. Under no circumstances shall this information be retained after the Contest ends, unless the participant consents to receive commercial offers regarding the products and services of the Organising Company.

In accordance with Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, participants and their legal representatives have the right to access, rectify and delete data relating to participants, as well as the right to object on legitimate grounds and to object to prospecting, including commercial prospecting.


7.3. Through this contest, each participant who clicked on "I ENTER" on the registration form will receive emails from the Organising Company about new products, offers and brand news. Article 8: Liability


    8.1. Participating in the Contest via the internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the internet, particularly with regard to technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. The lack of protection of certain data against potential misappropriation and the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the network cannot under any circumstances give rise to the Organising Company's liability.

As such, the Organising Company shall not be held liable in the event of interruption of internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption) and more generally, for any malfunction of the internet network, of all or part of the Website, or of any other technical connection over which the Organising Company has no control. In particular, the Organising Company or its service providers accept no liability in the event that the Website is unavailable during the Contest Period for a reason not attributable to them.

Likewise, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in the transmission of electronic mail beyond its control, and accepts no liability in the event of misuse of the device used to access the Contest or any incident related to the use of that device (in particular, the Organising Company shall not be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, to their computer equipment and to the data stored therein, and the consequences that may result therefrom for their personal, professional or commercial activities).

    8.2. The Organising Company shall not be held liable in the event of a prize delivery error due to incorrect information provided by the winner.

    8.3. The Organising Company shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone or amend the conditions of this Contest, as its liability cannot be engaged on this basis.


Article 9: Reimbursement of internet connection costs


No financial consideration, nor any expenditure in any form whatsoever, will be granted to participants by virtue of their participation.


Article 10: Intellectual Property / Right of Image


The images used on the Website, the objects depicted, the brands and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases making up the Website are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, represented or exploited without their written authorisation, on pain of civil and/or criminal proceedings.

All brands or product names mentioned are trademarks or registered product names of their respective owners.


Article 11: Disputes - Applicable law


The Contest and the Rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory public order provisions applicable in the country of the participant's residence.

Any dispute arising from this Contest shall be referred to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory public order provisions applicable in the country of the participant's residence.
