You will receive an explanatory email on the procedure to follow for a return, as soon as you place an order (special procedure due to bulky products).
A questionnaire link will be given to you and will allow you to make your return request and provide us with the necessary information so that the carrier can collect the product(s).
The carrier will make an appointment by contacting you by telephone or email. Once the packages have been collected, you will receive the refund.
You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return your products.

The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging accompanied by their labels. The return is your responsibility and estimated at €6.95
