Description
- Classic stainless steel pressure cooker with clamp. Satin-finish interior. Mirror-polished exterior. Encapsulated base: 3.3 mm aluminium + 0.5 mm stainless steel. 1.2 mm stainless steel body and lid. Operating pressure: 55–80 kPa
- Ergonomic bakelite handles resistant to high temperatures. Silicone seal.
- Included: 1 cooking basket and stainless steel stand
- Suitable for all hobs, including induction. Dishwasher safe
- The operating principle is as follows: two lugs are riveted onto the pot. A clamp lowers the lid using a worm screw. The system is secured by a safety valve. The whistle or rotary valve regulates the internal pressure to approximately 0.7 bar.
