On the program: 45 minutes of challenges across 7 varied bases, 3 rounds of 1 minute per base. Here, team spirit, solidarity and mutual aid become your allies to push your limits while having fun.
Every day, a different workout awaits you, incorporating disciplines such as skierg, medicine ball, cardio, dumbbells, kettlebells, assault bike and body weight. With more than 300 exercises at your disposal, prepare to discover new workouts and a memorable finisher that will engrave this experience in your memory, all wrapped in a spectacular atmosphere of light and sound.

The sessions are valid in all concepts of the Sanctuary group (Le Cercle Boxing, Aqua by, Poses, Drip, Decibel, Space Cycle). Offer valid exclusively in the group's Parisian studios.
