For an accessible and dynamic practice, this session proposed by The Sanctuary Group rethinks Yoga, Pilates and Barre, making these disciplines inclusive from the first session. In just 50 minutes, it allows you to explore the essential postures of dynamic yoga, without any prior experience necessary.
Ideal for rediscovering your body, each flow invites you to immerse yourself in enriching practices: Yoga Flow for an exploration of movements, Pilates Flow focused on physical concentration and cardio, and Barre Flow which redefines muscle strengthening. The combination of deep strengthening and cardio during the Reformer session optimizes your tone.

The sessions are valid in all concepts of the Sanctuary group (Le Cercle Boxing, Aqua by, Poses, Drip, Decibel, Space Cycle). Offer valid exclusively in the group's Parisian studios.
