The detachable handle has been developed for maximum efficiency while remaining easy to use. It fits most cookware* (The rim of the cookware must match the diagram below), saucepans, frying pans, sauté pans, oven dishes, etc., whether made of steel, aluminium, glass or porcelain. It is compatible with most cookware items with or without rims or 'lips'. The rear adjustment screw allows it to grip cookware approximately 0.5mm to 4mm thick. For easier fitting depending on the chosen cookware, unscrew the rear adjustment screw. Position the handle on the cookware, tighten gently while holding the lever in the 'closed' position; the resulting setting will be suitable for future uses of the same cookware.

As with any detachable 'tool', make sure the grip is secure before lifting or moving full and/or heated cookware.

Locking should be done smoothly, without over-tightening, which would make reopening difficult. Do not hesitate to use a second handle for heavy loads. This handle has a maximum weight capacity of 10KG.

When you wish to remove the handle from the cookware, press the central button, taking care not to leave a finger on the lever. At that moment, the handle should only be held by its sides, gripping between the thumb and opposing fingers, as any pressure on the lever will prevent opening.
