USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend following the programme for 3 months. This will allow it to act on all stages of the hair growth cycle.

Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water.

If you do not wish to swallow capsules, you can open the capsule and dissolve it in a yoghurt or a compote.

Precautions for use
For adults only.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people taking antidiabetic medication.
Not recommended in cases of oedematous cardiac or renal insufficiency.
