USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend following the programme for 3 months. This will allow it to act on all stages of the hair cycle.

Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water.

If you do not wish to swallow capsules, you can open the capsule and dissolve it in a yoghurt or compote.

Precautions for use
For adults only.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people taking antidiabetic medication.
Not recommended in cases of cardiac or oedematous renal insufficiency.
Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet.
