In all cases, if the administrative and/or technical smooth running of the Game is disrupted by a cause beyond the control of the Organising Company, the latter reserves the right to suspend the Game.

These rules are governed by French law, to the exclusion of its rules of private international law.

Article 11: Reimbursement

The Game is entirely free of charge and cannot be subject to any reimbursement.

Participants who access the website via a modem and using a telephone line billed on a pro-rata basis per minute of communication or per call may obtain reimbursement of their connection costs on the website www.airfrance.com on the basis of a daily flat rate corresponding to the cost of a 6 (six) minute local telephone call incl. VAT from a landline.

The costs incurred (current slow-rate stamp) by the participant for this request will be reimbursed upon simple request. Only one request per participant (same name, same address and/or same e-mail and/or same bank account details) will be taken into account throughout the Game. It being noted that, given the current state of service offerings and technology, some Internet service providers offer a free or flat-rate connection to users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the Game website made on a free or flat-rate basis (such as, in particular, cable, ADSL or dedicated line connections) shall not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the access provider's services is in that case contracted by the user for their general use of the Internet and that the fact of the participant connecting to the Game website and participating in the Game does not incur any additional costs or expenses for them.

Likewise, any reimbursement request must be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the corresponding telephone bill. The date taken into account will be the one shown on the bill. The reimbursement request must include the following details: the participant's surname, first name, postal address and e-mail address (all of these must be identical to those entered on the Game registration form), a bank account details form (RIB or RIP), the date and time of their participations, their e-mail and password, and, as soon as it is available, a photocopy of the detailed bill from the telephone operator and/or internet service provider indicating the connection dates and times, with those highlighted.

This photocopy will serve as proof of address. The name and address of the person requesting the reimbursement must be the same as those stated on the telephone operator's bill. Each reimbursement request containing the information and documents described above must be sent to:

AIR FRANCE – PSWB.EA – Jeu Concours The Bradery x Air France - 45, rue de Paris - 95747 Roissy Charles de Gaulle cedex.
