RULES OF THE SUMMER QUIZ 2024

From August 1st to August 31st, 2024

Article 1: Quiz Organization

The company SYMMETRIC, whose registered office is located at 23 rue du Mail, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258, is organizing a quiz entitled "Summer Quiz The Bradery" from August 1st to August 31st inclusive, exclusively via The Bradery mobile application.

Article 2: Conditions of Participation

  1. Participation in the quiz is free and without obligation to purchase.
  2. To participate, you need to download The Bradery app and create a user account.
  3. Participants must enable app notifications to receive the questions of the day.
  4. Participants must have the latest version of the application (10.70.00) to see the quiz questions.
  5. Participants must log in to their account on the app so we can contact them if they win. If a participant is not logged in, they are not linked to any email address, and we are therefore unable to notify them of their winnings.

Article 3: Quiz Procedures

  1. A new question will be published on the application every day at 2:00 PM.
  2. Participants must answer the question of the day before 1:59 p.m. the following day. to validate their participation.
  3. Each answer, correct or incorrect, earns points towards winning back-to-school vouchers. 1 quiz answer = 1 point. There are 31 days left, so the maximum number of points that can be accumulated is 31.
  4. Each correct answer gives you a chance to win €100. For 31 days, one person will be drawn at random each day from among the correct answers to the previous day's question to win this amount.
  5. Each person can only win the €100 once.
  6. The voucher is valid for a single order only, therefore it cannot be used multiple times.

Article 4: The Gains

  1. Participants can win the following vouchers depending on the number of questions they have answered:

    • 30 responses : €50 voucher for purchases of €100 or more.
    • 20 answers : €30 voucher for purchases of €80 or more.
    • 10 answers : €10 voucher for purchases of €60 or more.

    The quiz runs from August 1st to August 31st, so participants can earn up to 31 points. If they do, they will receive a €50 shopping voucher.

  2. A €100 voucher is up for grabs every day. One person who answers correctly will be drawn at random from among the participants. This voucher is strictly personal, cannot be combined with other promotional offers, and is valid on the entire website (excluding travel offers) until September 15th. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. This voucher can only be won once.

Article 5: Distribution of Winnings

  1. Winners of the €100 vouchers will be announced via push notification the following day and contacted by email within 3 days. Winners are advised to check their spam folder to ensure they don't miss the email. Only one reminder will be sent. If the voucher is not used by the participant before September 15th, it will be forfeited.
  2. All vouchers will be sent by email on September 2nd to the email address linked to their application on which they participated in the quiz.
  3. To use their voucher, participants must enter their strictly personal code in the shopping cart. The voucher can only be spent once.

Article 6: Responsibility

  1. SYMMETRIC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend or modify all or part of the quiz if circumstances beyond its control compel it to do so.

Article 7: Data Processing and Freedoms

  1. The information collected on participants is recorded and used by the company SYMMETRIC for the management of the quiz and the allocation of prizes.
  2. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, participants can write to the following address: hello@thebradery.com

Article 8: Acceptance of the Regulations
