What is a Heishi pearl?

The pearls Heishi / Heishe (pronounced ii-chi) are very fine flat pearls and in washer shape. Consisting of polymer clay, Fimo type; these pearls are mass-dyed which allows their colors to remain intact over time.

What is polymer clay?

Polymer clay is a modeling clay that hardens when cooked. There are a large number of brands offering polymer clay for sale, the best known of them is FIMO, but Sculpey, Cernit, etc. also offer it.

Thanks to its central hole, you can easily thread them onto all types of supports: copper wire, jade wire, elastic wire, etc.

-Bearrings : Bring a pair of creoles and simply put on heish pearlsi on the mount. Alternate colors, add pompoms, tassels, ...

- Surfer style necklace : For this necklace, 100% trendy, you need wire that is both flexible but very resistant, such as jade thread, copper wire or a cable wire.
