Here they are: - The seat of this convertible sofa is made from HR 35kg/m3 polyurethane foam with a pocket filled with a blend of polyester fibres and flakes, covered in 160g/m3 wadding. - The backrest and armrests are made from a blend of polyester fibres and polyether foam flakes. - The Villabon sofa bed comes with one maxi seat cushion, 4 back cushions measuring 62 x 52 cm and 2 armrest cushions measuring 45 x 45 cm. - All these cushions have removable covers thanks to a zip fastening and feature a simple topstitch finish. - The sofa frame is made from E1-class particleboard, solid Polish pine and beech wood, as well as fibreboard. - The 10 cm thick mattress is made from high-resilience polyurethane foam with a density of 30kg/m3, covered in 100% polyester stretch ticking with a quilted 300g/m3 wadding layer. - Finally, the bed base is made of fold-out 2-fold steel with laminated Polish beech slats + 1 fold with elastic straps.
