Here they are: - The seat of this sofa bed is made of HR 35 kg/m3 polyurethane foam with a pocket filled with a blend of polyester fibres and flakes, covered with 160 g/m3 wadding. - The backrest and armrests are designed with a blend of polyester fibres and polyether foam flakes. - The Villabon sofa bed features one large seat cushion, 4 back cushions measuring 62 x 52 cm and 2 armrest cushions measuring 45 x 45 cm. - All these cushions have removable covers thanks to a zip fastening and feature a simple topstitched finish. - The sofa structure is made of E1-class particleboard panels, solid Polish pine and beech wood, as well as fibreboard panels. - The 10 cm thick mattress is made of high-resilience polyurethane foam with a density of 30 kg/m3, covered with 100% polyester stretch ticking and a quilted 300 g/m3 wadding top. - Finally, the bed base is made of fold-out two-fold steel with laminated Polish beech slats + one fold with elastic straps.
