To convince you completely, here are its technical details: - The seat of the Villabon sofa is made from HR polyurethane foam, 35 kg/m3, with a pocket filled with a blend of polyester fibres and flakes, covered with 160 g/m3 wadding. - Its backrest and armrests are made from a blend of polyester fibres and polyether foam flakes. - Its four back cushions have removable zip covers with a simple topstitched finish, as does its seat cushion. - The structure of this four-seater sofa is made from E1-grade particleboard, solid pine and beech wood from Poland, and fibreboard. - The bed base is made from fold-out two-fold steel with laminated beech slats from Poland, plus one fold with elastic straps. - The mattress is made from high-resilience polyurethane foam with a density of 30 kg/m3, covered in 100% polyester stretch ticking with a 300 g/m3 quilted wadding panel. - Finally, this sofa bed stands on four angled 16 cm-high beech wood legs.
