Good news: the fabric Villabon is also available as a 4-seater:) The structure of the Villabon 3-seater sofa consists of: - 15 mm thick E1-grade particleboard - solid pine from Poland (45x20 and 60x20 sections) - fibreboard (2.5 mm hardboard) - suspension with interwoven elastic straps stapled to a solid beech frame (from Poland). It has a non-removable cover and is padded with 16 kg/m3, 10 mm thick polyether foam. The top of its armrests is made of 24 kg/m3 density polyether foam and 160 g/m² polyester wadding, with a simple flat-band topstitch finish. Its foam is bonded with hot-melt glue (solvent-free). The backrest and armrests of the Villabon velvet sofa are made from a blend of polyester fibres and polyether foam flakes. The back cushions have removable covers with zip fastenings. Its seat consists of HR35 polyurethane foam and a pocket filled with a blend of polyester fibres and flakes, covered with 160 g/m² wadding. Its seat cushions have a simple topstitch finish and removable covers with zip fastenings. And all of this is held securely in place by 5 black metal hairpin legs.
