Description
· Sauté pan 24 cm x 7 cm, 4.5 mm thickness.
· Specially designed cast steel handle.
· Flat glass lid, 4 mm thick, ergonomic and durable.
· 3003 Aluminium, rough textured finish with a premium non-stick coating containing synthetic diamond powder, more durable and longer-lasting than traditional frying pans. PFOA-free for eco-friendly durability.
The lid is a flat lid with a sleek design. Thanks to the steam vent hole, preserve the freshness of your food while cooking.
Ergonomic and durable, the Légende lid is oven-safe up to 225°C for simmering a variety of recipes.
