Description
· Santoku knife 29.5cm including 16cm blade.
· Protective sheath.
· Damascus steel blade 10Cr15MoV
· High Hardness: 60 HRC.
· G10 handle.
· Gift box.
Premium kitchen knives in forged layered steel (Damascus steel): a 10Cr15Mov central steel core (hard steel for the cutting edge), encased on each side by 67 forge-folded steel layers. The blade is exceptionally sharp whilst remaining highly durable (hardness 60±2 HRC).
Handle in epoxy-impregnated G10 fibreglass - robust, durable and highly moisture-resistant.

10cr15 MoV DAMARUS steel knife. Not dishwasher-safe. We recommend washing by hand and wiping and drying thoroughly before storing.
