Japanese Maple 'Little Princess' – Outdoor Plant

Have you already discovered the magnificent Acer palmatum 'Little Princess'? This hardy shrub is also known as the Japanese maple. It owes its name to its superb changing colours. Its leaves are light brown, palmate, and doubly lobed. Like all Japanese maples, it also changes colour in summer, taking on a fresh green shade edged with red. Care instructions

- Watering: 1 to 2 times a week under normal conditions, and 2 to 3 times a week during hot spells, or even daily in cases of extreme drought (using a garden hose or automatic sprinkler).

- Light exposure: Shade to partial shade (maximum 2 to 4 hours of sunlight per day).

- Maintenance: Allow for a rest period from February to May and keep pruning to a minimum. If pruning is necessary, carry it out in July–August.

These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
