Moonrise Japanese Maple – Outdoor Plant

Acer shirasawanum 'Moonrise' is a Japanese maple with beautifully shaped leaves that are bright orange in spring. In summer, they turn bright yellow, then orange-red in autumn. It has a modest growth rate and a fairly narrow, upright habit. It can reach 175 cm in height after several years. All these characteristics make Acer shirasawanum 'Moonrise' an outdoor plant that is as beautiful as it is practical, to be enjoyed all year round.

Care
- Watering: 1 to 2 times a week under normal conditions and 2 to 3 times a week during periods of high heat, or even daily in the event of extreme drought (using a garden hose or sprinkler).
- Position: Partial shade to sun (maximum 4 to 6 hours of sunlight per day).
- Care: Prune Acer shirasawanum 'Moonrise' sparingly due to the sap that flows. It is best to remove old branches between September and October.

These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
