Description
Calathea Orbifolia, also known as the Peacock Plant, features large green leaves with striking light green veins. A truly charming addition! Purifying the air and native to the tropics, it is the ideal plant for the living room. Its special feature? It closes its leaves in the evening and reopens them in the morning. An indoor plant that is original, practical and beautiful all at once! Characteristics - Sold individually - Height upon delivery: 40-45 cm (measured from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant). - Delivered in a 14 cm diameter pot. - Purifies the air. Care - Watering: ¼ of the required water volume twice a week (summer and winter alike). The potting compost should always remain slightly moist (for a standard 1-litre watering can). If the plant wilts or its leaves curl up, it is lacking water. - Location: Shade (place the plant at least 3 metres away from a window; the further away, the lower the light levels). - Maintenance: Repot the plant every two to three years, or when the pot becomes too small (preferably in spring). Please note that plants cannot be returned.
If the plant is defective (damaged in transit, wrong model received), you have 7 days to contact our customer service. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued. These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
