Ficus Benjamina Kinky – Houseplant

You may know the Ficus benjamina as the weeping fig. However, this houseplant is anything but sad. The Ficus benjamina originates from the tropical regions of South-East Asia and Australia. Its name, weeping fig, comes from its young branches and drooping leaves. It is hard to blame it, given the tropical temperatures! This ficus does not grow vigorously in the living room. It is a robust, slow-growing houseplant, allowing you to enjoy it for a long time. The 'Kinky' variety remains small and compact, so it will easily find its place in any interior. The Ficus benjamina 'Kinky' has a Mediterranean look. Its light green leaves are edged with golden markings.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
