Japanese Maple Dissectum – Outdoor Plant

This slow-growing Japanese maple is a magnificent addition to your garden. Acer palmatum 'Dissectum' is a hardy shrub. Its leaves, fresh green in summer, turn a superb orange-yellow shade in autumn. In addition to this colour change, this maple also produces reddish-purple flowers that later turn into winged seeds. This maple enhances every garden and is easy to care for; we highly recommend it!

Care
- Watering: 1 to 2 times a week under normal conditions and 2 to 3 times a week during periods of high heat, or even daily in the event of extreme drought (using a garden hose or sprinkler).
- Position: Shade to partial shade (maximum 2 to 4 hours of sunlight per day).
- Care: This maple prefers moist, acidic soil. Prune it as little as possible, as it bleeds sap. It is best to remove old branches in November or December.

These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
