Sambucus nigra ‘Black Lace’, also known as black elder, is a striking shrub with deeply cut, dark purple foliage. Later, it produces light pink flowers that contrast beautifully with the foliage. This combination of colour and leaf structure gives the plant an ornamental appearance and makes it an elegant addition to the garden.

Care

Water: Water regularly after planting. Keep the soil slightly moist.

Winter: Fully hardy and can remain outdoors in the garden during winter.

These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
