Whetstones, also called water stones, are used to grind and sharpen the edge of knives.

The KOTAI 2000/6000 grit double-sided sharpening stone offers you two sides: a fine 2000 grit side to maintain the sharpness of your blades, and an even finer 6000 grit side to put the finishing touch and obtain a razor-sharp edge.
