Santoku knife 17 cm - Hashi Classic Collection
The name Santoku means "three virtues" (三徳包丁) in Japanese, as its versatile blade is ideal for cutting vegetables and fruits, slicing meat and preparing fish.
The thin blade of the Santoku allows precise and clean cuts, without ever crushing the most delicate foods, thus preserving all their flavor.
