Whetstones, also called water stones, are used to grind and sharpen the edge of knives.

The KOTAI 180/800 grit double-sided sharpening stone offers you two sides: an abrasive side with 180 grit to pick up very dull blades, and a fine side with 800 grit to put the finishing touch and obtain a razor-sharp edge.
