Thanks to the barcode on the capsules, its optical recognition system automatically adjusts the machine's extraction parameters to obtain a high-quality coffee.

Since 2011, all our machines automatically switch off after a maximum of 9 minutes of inactivity.

Repairable

We repair all our machines — simply contact 0800 55 52 53. We lend you another machine while yours is being repaired, and we add a 6-month warranty to your repaired machine.

Recyclable

All machines that can no longer be repaired are recycled through the eco-organisation Ecosystem.

For 20 years, Nespresso has been committed to the circular economy of its machines. The company repairs, refurbishes and recycles its machines with its partner ANRH, which employs people with disabilities. The refurbishment of machines is carried out by this partner in order to give a second life to our everyday objects, in a circular economy approach, with more than 50 French jobs that cannot be relocated.

Nespresso France offers, as part of its After-Sales Service, an exchange programme for a faulty machine replaced by a refurbished one. This proposal is an alternative to the standard repair option, for which the customer will be the sole decision-maker.

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return your products. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging accompanied by their labels. The return is your responsibility.
