INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply the mascara starting from the lashes at the inner corner of the eye, stretching from root to tip outwards to open up your look. Also coat the lower lashes in a single brush stroke. Apply the Infaillible Haute Couleur Pencil to the mobile eyelid following the shape of your eye. For an even more intense look, apply the kohl right along your lower lashes.
